For Ted Baker’s 2012 digital Christmas campaign I created a Facebook app where users could create their own designer snowman, and enter it into a competition to judge their style &#38; creative flair. Choosing from a range of different fashion styles, from the classic dandy, to 80's Metalhead, there was 1000's of stylistic combinations. The possibilities 'Snow no bounds...'

There was over 2,000 entries over the Christmas period.

I designed a display window for Ted Baker in Harrods, London to commemorate a new range of very rare bespoke Ted Baker dresses. I had some fun with mirrors and created a backdrop that used reflective illusions to
amplify, twist and distort the content of the display, including a custom 1/4 chandelier, that is reflected into a full circle.

At HarrimanSteel we have rebranded the DMAX Italia Channel for Discovery Networks Western Europe by creating a series of ‘cause and effect machine’ on-screen idents, which reference the factual nature of programming.

Our inspiration came directly from the Channels content itself and the fact that DMAX Italia is 100% factual. The new channel branding appeals directly to mens innate curiosity of how things work and function. We captured everything on camera with no post-production, complimenting the nature of the real life, documentary programming on the channel.












I worked as a designer on the project from the beginning stages of the idea, through to concept realisation &#38; development, and designing and thinking up many elements of the Cause &#38; Effect machines.

The Bima Awards is an awards programme that celebrates the diversity and dynamism of the UK's digital creative industry. 
Studio Bekker approached me and a few other international designers, illustrators, and filmmakers, to reinterpret the Sponsor's brand identity (in any way you want) to be held in an exhibition in Fabric Nightclub on the night.

The Sponsor was called FLOW, and I rephotographed their  identity by shooting and refracting light through variety of different shaped glass objects. In the end I created a print with some of the results, and a film of the refractions for a projection piece.

I was asked alongside several other international designers, to put a piece of work forward for use in the debut ReVision Arts exhibition entitled Voyeurism. 

ReVision Arts is a website and collective of people forming a visual and verbal discussion of Art &#38; design, focusing on the thought processes that inform and create design. 

Looking into voyeurism in a digital sense, I was interested in the aesthetic of screen images in motion whilst being opened or minimised to be hidden out of sight. That split second moment where an image is neither here or there, and warped into this surreal mutation of a photograph. I used this visual style in a humorous approach, displaying a brief explosion of secret image files across a computer desktop; a digital orgasm of JPEG's all over the monitor.

When clearing out my grandfather's attic  I stumbled across the skeletal remains of an ancient Norman warrior (given to my grandfather as a gift over sixty years ago after a local excavation.) It lead me to wonder what 'Norman' did to keep himself sane all that time, spending sixty years in a box.

Norman is now being studied by the archeological department at Bristol university.
